The Dorothea Dix Park Movies on the Lawn series continues this Fall!
If you’re a Halloween movie buff, you’re in for a real treat this Halloween season! Dorothea Dix Park will be presenting two Halloween-themed movies back-to-back on Saturday, October 29, 2022. This event is free and open to the public and a prize will be awarded for the best costume!
Pack a picnic (or let us set up one for you!), chairs, and a cozy blanket and sit back, relax, and enjoy a movie under the stars. Food trucks will also be on-site, but you are welcome to bring your own food and beverage.

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Halloween activities and a costume parade
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Hocus Pocus. Watch the 1993 Hocus Pocus trailer online.
8:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Scream. Watch the 1996 Scream trailer online.
